Attorney Marshall Handly received his undergraduate degree in 1976 from Hamilton College, Clinton, NY (B.A., English) and his law degree in 1979 from New England School of Law, Boston, MA (J.D.).
Prior to forming Handly & Cox, P.C. in 1994, Attorney Handly already had significant legal experience:

1982-1989: Partner, Davis & Gordon, Boston, MA. Handled a wide variety of litigation and business matters in all courts.
1989-1994: Partner, Costello, Graydanus & Handly, Braintree, MA. Extensive caseload of complex litigation and business matters.
1985-present: Member, Commercial Panel, Construction Panel, American Arbitration Associate, Adjudicate business and construction disputes submitted to arbitration, sitting singly and on 3-person tribunals.
